Our graduate programme is challenging and intense - but the rewards are there for the taking.

During our two year programme you will work across departments both on-site and offsite, within our Mechanical and Electrical Engineering contracting business. When you are in each department you will have accountabilities and responsibilities in a job role with deliverables and objectives to achieve. 

You will learn the full lifecycle of our projects – how they are won, how they are designed and how they are managed. This will ensure that when you finish the programme, you are fully equipped to progress into a role in either on-site project / contract management or building services design.

In addition to your role you will be part of a carefully designed learning programme with standard elements such as - project management and people management skills.  

We will design a training programme to build on your skills and where possible this will be tailored to meet individual needs. For example, it could include such things as:-

• Essentials of Project Management
• CIBSE flex learning modules
• Association of Project Managers (APM) Practitioner qualification training
• Guidance and support leading to professional body membership    
• Management skills training
